Passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health and live with energy, purpose, and resilience, Dr. Eric Leong is a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology & Hepatology, and Lifestyle Medicine with over three decades of clinical experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and French Literature from Johns Hopkins University and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toronto, where he completed his Internal Medicine residency and served as Chief Resident, followed by fellowship training in Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Stanford University.
Inspired by a personal diagnosis of prediabetes in 2023 and thought leaders like Dr. Peter Attia and Dr. Chris Van Tulleken, Dr. Leong redefined his approach to healthcare, focusing not just on managing disease, but on extending healthspan through evidence-based lifestyle change. He further deepened his commitment through Harvard Medical School’s executive course on sustainable nutrition, and in 2024, attained board certification in Lifestyle Medicine.

An avid dragon boat athlete since 2006, he personally understands the transformative power of regular exercise on mind, body, and spirit.
