Safa believes that, despite our differences, we all share a deep need to be seen, heard, and understood. She offers compassion and presence to her clients through a therapeutic approach tailored to each individual’s needs, combining CBT, psychodynamic, relational, mindfulness, and strength-based therapies. Safa takes a holistic view, considering the emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and social aspects of each individual’s context to promote deeper healing. She fosters a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their concerns and work toward growth and awareness. Safa supports individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, work-related stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship issues. She also assists couples in improving communication, conflict resolution, and both emotional and physical intimacy. Additionally, she works with creatives and entrepreneurs to manage burnout, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and work-life balance.
Safa is registered with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is an active member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
